New administrators greet students at two Little Miami schools

Students at Little Miami High School returned to classes this week to find two new administrators.

Cathy Trevathan is the school’s new principal, replacing Erica Krama who decided to go back to teaching math at the junior high. Trevathan had been the district’s director of student services.

Joining Trevathan is Brian Dalton, promoted from assistant principal to associate principal. Both received 3-year contracts, with Trevathan earning $96,407 annually, and Dalton, $84,020.

Replacing Trevathan is intervention specialist Dee Dee Walker, who was named special education director. She received a two-year contract and will earn $71,466 annually.

The last administrative change was the hiring of Jamie Miles as assistant principal at Salem Township Elementary School. A parent in the district, Miles had taught science in the Springboro Schools since 2004.

Miles received a two-year contract and will earn $66,092 annually.
