A Warren Co. judge heard arguments Monday to dismiss evidence in the case of Rodney Grisham, the Texas truck driver arrested at Kings Island with an arsenal of weapons and drugs. Grisham’s attorneys argued Mason police improperly detained Grisham and so any evidence obtained should be dismissed.
