Tylersiville Road Christian Church will be hosting an Animal Blessing on Saturday, October 5th, 2013, from 10 AM until 2 PM.
It’s an outdoor celebration located on the lawn of the church with representative animal agencies from the community. The highlight of the service is when people bring their animals forward to be blessed, receiving a special “blessing tag.” If your pet doesn't travel well bring a picture of your pet and we'll bless it. All dogs must be on a leash and all other animals must be caged.
There will be 15+ pet vendors and 20+ animal rescues also at the event. Refreshments will be available for purchase. There is no charge for attending the Animal Blessing as it is our gift to the community.
